I was very creative from a young age. I was always doing crafts, playing music or drama. I continued this at my secondary school, the IVKO, which stands for individual artistic secondary education. This is where I came into contact with my creativity

During my education I learned to focus on the entire design process; from understanding a problem to designing a solution. Eventually I started to specialize as a user experience designer/researcher 

During my minor I learned to get a better understanding of people’s way of thinking and behaviour. So i can use of this during my design challenges. 

This was my first internship and my first introduction to working in a company. I collaborated with the designer to develop the corporate identity of the conversational design institute

I designed apps, websites and social media campaigns for KPN and I also gave workshops to the team. Here I noticed how much I enjoyed transferring knowledge and creating a beautiful product together as a team.

During my internship at HoorayHR I completed my graduation project. I achieved this with a score of 9. I designed the new feature performance management within the HoorayHR platform. This was a challenging project because of the different stakeholders, but in the end I have set up a nice project that is now being implemented at HoorayHR

In 2021 I traveled for 3 months through Africa. I volunteered for 2 months in Eswatini and Cape Town. I was a teacher for children between 3 and 6 years old. I also helped children between the ages of 7 and 12 with their homework.
