My solution: Fietsenwinkel
At the company Fietsenwinkel.nl I looked into the possibilities for Conversion Rate Optimization. I did this to add details to the current website. I used persuasive design principles. You can view my design process here.

Research
I started with my team by analyzing the website so that we can make improvements in the right areas. I have used these research methods
– Site analysis
– Competitive Analysis
– Audience strategy
From here we created a buyer persona and a customer journey and we decided to improve the decision aid

Testing
During this design process we tested in different phases. We started usability testing on the Lo Fi prototypes, from there we have designed a Hi Fi prototype
We eye-tracked the Hifi prototype to see if the user can easily buy a bicycle with a few instructions.
Through an iterative process, we eventually managed to make an adjustment to the website so that our target group can easily and quickly find a bicycle that meets their expectations.
